Due to the nature of digital goods and the inability to return the information, we do not offer refunds on digital products.
If there is a technical issue with the payment gateway (for example your card is charged multiple times), additional charges will absolutely be refunded.
Refunds on digital goods for any other reason, however, are not offered.
